Different side dishes like Dum-Aloo (whole potatoes deep fried, and slow cooked at low flame in whole spices), Al-Yakhni(fried bottle guard served in a luscious yoghurt based gravy and flavoured with some aromatic spices), chok wangun(fried eggplants simmered in a tamarind based gravy yet again cooked with kashmiri spices), chok gazar/muj( chunks of carrots and radish fried and slow cooked in aromatic spices with a tamarind based gravy), chaa’man roganjosh( slices of cottage cheese cooked in whole spices kashmiri style) and a lot many varieties.

Our food is without onion/garlic for Navratras.
