I personally like my food less oily and that's one of the most important part of my food.
Many restaurants add lot of spices in North Indian Food thinking that's how it is supposed to be, specially in the Southern region of India. But they mistake rich spices with chili. You cannot eat such spicy food everyday. My food is less on spicy quotient too.
I don't add too many spices and like to keep my food simple.
I would be changing the menu on daily basis so that there is some variety.
I have recently started baking and pretty soon you would find some samples with your food. I would really appreciate your feedback on both - cooking and baking.
I intend to use Eco-friendly packaging and cutlery to reduce the carbon footprint.
